Since laser can only kill the hair that is in active growth cycle at the time of the procedure, a series of appointments is required to achieve the desired result. Even though laser technology is not totally dependent upon pigment in the hair, only naturally dark colored hair can be treated successfully. Blonde, gray, or white hair does not respond predictably to the procedure. Laser sessions are recommended about every 3 weeks for the best results.
